Return Request
Once your request has been verified by our staff, you will receive a response to your return approval email and instructions on how and where to send it.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packing bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packing is adequately protected and it is not possible for the courier company to mark it.
If it is a change of size / color / design or replacement, after the approval of the return you will have to place a new order for the product you want. After first informing us.

Product Changes
If you wish to change the product you bought and only in case the product has not been used you must send us an email or inform us by phone within 14 days from the date of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date approval of the Request.
The change / return of the product is the responsibility of the customer!
